The birth of my beautiful baby boy has not only been a blessing but a life changer. Giving birth was one of the most amazing experiences thanks to Hypnobirthing®. I discovered a side of me I never knew I had.
        
     I want to share my experience and help women understand that birth is natural, it should be a joyful celebration of the miracle called life.
    
    I have completed my Hypnobirthing®  Childbirth Educator Certificate in 2009. I have a BA in Business and currently working towards completing my MBA as well as my Fitness Instructor Certificate.

    My passion for birth has led me to create Birth In Motion in assisting families in the Oakville, Burlington, Milton and Mississauga area in their journey to bringing a new life in the world with calm and peace.
